Disney Parks Chairman Josh D’Amaro has shared a photo on his Instagram from cast rehearsals for “Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond,” coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Though we’ve seen concept art before, this is the first full look at the new technology for the show. The large LED screen behind the cast will be used as part of the set in combination with physical pieces.
The cast and crew are gathered on the stage with D’Amaro in the center.
The new show is set during ”Finding Dory” at the Marine Life Institute. Nemo’s story is told by the fish from Dr. P Sherman’s office, and some of the songs from the former ”Finding Nemo: The Musical” will be featured.
The show is expected to premiere later this year, but no opening date has been announced. Like its predecessor, it will be performed in the Theater in the Wild.

I actually got to meet one of the cast in March. He hosted a Broadway thing at Winter Garden.
