Amid announcements of Scott Disick dating Kimberly Stewart, The Kardashians star is reportedly only with the socialite after Kourtney Kardashian married Travis Barker. Scott has been distant with the KarJenner clan since Kourtney and Travis started dating. It became clear that Scott took issue with Kourtney moving on and finding true love. But his leaked DM scandal made things worse.

It was while Kourtney and Travis were vacationing in Italy when Scott was put on blast by Kourtney's ex-boyfriend Younes Bendjima. Younes revealed a DM Scott sent him bad-mouthing Kourtney and Travis' PDA. After the scandal, Scott's then-girlfriend Amelia Hamlin dumped him and Kourtney remained distant from her co-parenting partner. Scott was noticeably absent from Kourtney's wedding. The two have kept their distance while maintaining their co-parenting arrangements. Scott has been seen out with mystery women in the year since his split from Amelia. Scott and Kimberly were previously linked following his breakup with Kourtney in 2015. Now that they're back together, Scott reportedly “had to go back to his roots because he doesn’t have the stability [he used to with the Kardashians], so this was an easy way in.” With Kimberly being the daughter of rock star Rod Stewart, she has made a name for herself as a socialite. Unlike all the young models Scott is known to date, dating a 43-year-old established mother of one is more of a fit for the 39-year-old father of three.
